Carlton W. Bickling, 85

HARMONY, Md. - Carlton W. Bickling of Harmony died on Friday, Nov. 16, 2007, at his home. He was 85.

Mr. Bickling served his country proudly during World War II.

He was preceded in death by two brothers; his wife, Georgia Bickling; and a daughter, Sharon Muldrow.

He is survived by a sister, Doris Compton of Florida; three children, Carla Davis of Frederica, Del., and Rebecca Bickling and Barry Bickling, both of Harmony; and two grandsons, Jeff Davis of Columbus, Ga., and Christian Bickling of Salisbury; and one granddaughter, Sheena Covert of Denver.

The family thanks Caroline County Hospice and Talbot County Hospice.

Instead of flowers, donations are welcome at both hospice foundations.
