Carl Preston Snowman took his last flight on Thursday, June 17, 2021. He was born December 4, 1945, to Rev. Preston Snowman and Leona Cram Snowman who preceded him in death and by his brothers, David, Paul, and Mark.
He has four surviving sisters, Ruth, Jean, Joyce, and Janice. Carl is also survived by his wife, Star; and daughters, Tammi, and Heather; three grandchildren, Anecia, Mason, and Ruby; brother-in-law, Pastor Roland Coon and his wife Angela; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Carl graduated from high school in East Millinocket, Maine, and Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He excelled in sports and humor. Carl was in ministry in Youth for Christ/Campus Life. He was a private photographer taking school pictures. Carl worked in sales at Sears as well as a Concierge at Dover Downs and Generations Home Care driver. Carl was and avid customer of Georgia Boys Bagel Café for over 24 years. He attended Calvary Church in Dover.
Services will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Calvary Church of Dover, 1141 E. Lebanon Road, Dover, DE 19901. Friends may call one hour prior.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to Calvary Christian Academy, 1141 E. Lebanon Road, Dover, DE 19901.
