REHOBOTH BEACH — Capital Bank Home Loans announces the addition of two new loan officers, Joe Gensoli and Karrie Herrman, to its Rehoboth Beach branch.

“I am very excited that both Karrie and Joe chose to come on board with us. This can be a tough industry to get started in, and within a short time, both have been very successful. I think that our local knowledge, extremely competitive loan terms and unique product mix will only enhance what they already bring to the table,” said Eric Parsons, branch manager.

Mr. Gensoli is a local Delawarean but has lived in Boston, Long Island, Jupiter, Florida, and Easton/State College, where he attended Penn State University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. He currently lives in Rehoboth Beach with his wife Nicole.

Previously, Mr. Gensoli worked as a golf professional at Augusta National and The Kittansett Club.

Ms. Herrman is also a local Delawarean. With over seven years of experience in the banking industry, Ms. Kittansett brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as a mortgage loan officer.

The Rehoboth branch opened in February 2020 at 18949 Coastal Highway, Suite 303.
