She was a member of Bowers Fire Company. She was an active fire fighter who enjoyed helping people and training. She loved her family and friends and was always willing to help others in need. She was also an organ donor and would have been proud to know that her donation helped save 6 lives; including providing two people with the gift of sight. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Thomas Wilson Berry. She is survived by her parents, Laura and Mike Mallow of Bowers Beach and Ronald Ford, Jr. of Kenton; siblings, Courtney Ford of Woodside, Angel Ford, Danni Ford, Ronnie Ford and Michael Price, all of Bowers Beach; her maternal grandparents, Darlene Blanchfield of Woodside, and Mercy and Robert Kramer of Milford; her paternal grandparents, Ron and Joy Ford of Hartley, Peggi Carty of Kenton, and Lisa and Bob Hay of Odessa. She is also survived by her special uncle, who helped raise her, Matthew Blanchfield of Dover; many extended family members; and brothers and sisters of the Bowers Fire Company. A viewing will be held on Friday evening, December 12, 2014 from 7 to 9 p.m. and again on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 10 a.m. in the Bowers Beach Fire Hall, located at 3285 Main St. Frederica, Del. 19946.
