DOVER - Brenda W. Kelley, of Dover, died Monday, July 11, 2011, at Kent General Hospital. She was 74. Mrs. Kelley was born Feb. 13, 1937, in Margate, Kent England, to the late William Ovenden and Florence Pottle Ovenden. She worked as a home health care provider and was an avid reader. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Traci Lynn Kelley, 7/14/1982. She is survived by her husband, James Kelley of Dover; son, Mark Kelley and his wife Paula of Navare, Fla.; daughter, Tina Kelley of Dover; brothers, Tony and Roy Ovenden, both of England; sister, Carol Marshall of England; granddaughters, Christine and Kathy Kelley; and great-grandchildren, Savannah Thort, Sarah and Jonathan Kelley. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, July 14, 2011, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover, Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden.
