GEORGETOWN - Bonnie M. Boyce passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at the University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore, Md.
Bonnie was born in Wilmington, the daughter of Doris (Baker) Mitchell and the late Mack E. Mitchell, Sr.
She was a secretary for Clark & Sons in Georgetown for 38 years.
She enjoyed reading, cooking and listening to music. Bonnie also loved to host family events.
She was a member of Georgetown Community Bible Church.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Mack Mitchell, Jr.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, David Wayne Boyce, Sr.; two children, David W. Boyce, Jr. of Seaford and Angela Funderburk (Brian); three grandchildren, Seth Boyce, Josh and Emma Funderburk; and a brother, Jay D. Mitchell (Colette) of Claymont.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 609 E. Market Street, Georgetown, where friends may call after 12 p.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Millsboro.
