Bettye P. Greenly HARRINGTON - Bettye P. Greenly, of Harrington, passed away on June 7, 2010 in Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 86. Bettye was born on March 19, 1924 in Hattiesburg, Miss., the daughter of Roy M. Pooley and Bess Boozer. Preceded in death by her husband – Fred B. Greenly Jr., brother – Leslie Carl Pooley Bettye is survived by her three sons; Fred B. Greenly III, of Smith's Station, Ala., David R. Greenly, of Ocean View, Del., and W. Allen Greenly, of Cumming, Ga. A memorial service was held at Melvin's Funeral Home on South Rt. 13 in Harrington Graveside services were private. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in her name to the American Epilepsy Society, 342 N. Main, Suite 301, West Hartford, CT. 06112-2507.
