Betty M. Phillips, 83
MILFORD - Betty M. Phillips, a lifelong resident of Milford, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2006, in Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 83.
She was born in Milford, daughter of the late Sherry and Josephine (Jester) Masten.
Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker who enjoyed caring for her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Phillips, in 1994.
She is survived by three children, Robert Phillips and his wife, Elizabeth, of Tzfat, Israel, Florence Fontaine of New London, Conn., and William Phillips of Milford; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be noon Thursday in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 N.W. Front St., Milford, where friends may call one hour earlier.
Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery.
