MILTON - Betty Jean Davidson of Milton, formerly of Beltsville, Md., passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2011, at home. She was 75. Betty was born in Wheeling, W.Va., the daughter of the late Virginia and Charles Wagner. She was a V.P. Administrative Assistant for Manor Care in Silver Spring, Md., for 7 years retiring in 1996. She attended Crossroad Community Church in Georgetown and enjoyed the fellowship. She loved doing crafts, going to the beach and loved to sit on the Boardwalk. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley Whiteman. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William E. Davidson; children, Cynthia Sargent and her husband Gary of Maryland, Randall Davidson and his wife Jennifer of Virginia and Charles Davidson of New Hampshire; one sister, Karen Billingsley and her husband John of Ohio; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011, at 11:30 a.m. at Crossroad Community Church, 20684 State Forest Road, Georgetown. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be private.
