Frink peacefully passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018 at Delaware Hospice, Milford.Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 at 1 p.m. at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 25 Jerusalem Way, Dover, DE 19904 with visitation one hour prior to the service.
