Belinda Alvara Barkley, 44 SAVANNAH, Ga. - Belinda Alvara Barkley, 44, of Georgia, passed away Dec. 18, 2009. She was born on Oct. 17, 1965, in Dover. She attended Caesar Rodney High School. She is survived by her mother, Francine Barkley of Sanford, N.C.; her father, Joseph Davis and his wife Peggy of Dover; a daughter, Sequoia Barkley and a son Isaiah Barkley both of Savannah; paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Davis of Dover; two grandchildren, Zionne and Zania; two brothers, Joseph Davis Jr., and James Barkley, both of Dover; and two sisters, Mary Brinkley, and Kimberly Brinkley, both of North Carolina. Services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 26, at Emmanuel Pentecostal Church of God, 145 Center St., Camden, where friends may call two hours earlier.
