Beatrice E. Davis, 91

LINCOLN - Beatrice E. Davis, of Lincoln, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008, in Milford Memorial Hospital, Bayhealth Medical Center. She was 91.

Mrs. Davis was born Oct. 20, 1916, in Cheswold, to the late George and Lizzie (Pearson) Moore.

She was a seamstress working at Milford Stitching for over 20 years before retiring.

Mrs. David loved to watch TV and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert W. Reynolds Jr. in 1955; a son, Robert W. Reynolds III; a brother, Caleb Moore; and two sisters, Lottie Teat and Helen Cherry.

She is survived by a daughter, Doris M. Glasco and her husband Robert of Lincoln; a son, George Moore and his wife Shirley of Henderson, Ky.; a sister, Reba Wooters of Milford; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Lofland Funeral Home, 102 Lakeview Ave., Milford, where friends may call after 1 p.m.

Burial will be in Milford Community Cemetery.
