Beatrice Allen, 73

REHOBOTH BEACH - Beatrice Allen, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, in Beebe Medical Center in Lewes. She was 73. She was born on March 19, 1935, in Lewes, to the late Dallas Dean and Paulene Allen. She is survived by four sons, Paul Allen and wife Regina of Milton, James Allen and wife Kathleen of Delmar, John Bishop and wife Cheryl of Lincoln, and Earl Allen of Smyrna; one daughter, Janet Bishop and husband Steven of Harbeson; one brother, Thomas Allen of Seaford; one sister, Ann Sheppard of Maryland; 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at the Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, where friends may call at noon. Burial in Peoples Memorial Park at Midway.
