Bashere Kyaire Malique Scott, 2 months

DOVER - Bashere Kyaire Malique Scott, of Dover, entered this life on Dec. 9, 2007, and departed this life on Feb. 23, 2008. He was 2 and a half months old.

He was the son of Shatema Scott and Brandon McDonald.

His time here with us was brief, but he brought so much joy to all of us. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Brooks Jr.; and two cousins, Nathaniel Cooper Jr. and JaCear Waters-Gray.

He is survived by his parents, Shatema Scott and Brandon McDonald, both of Dover; brother, Azmere Scott, also of Dover; maternal grandparents, Yvonne Bradshaw, James Harmon, and Rondrell and Valerie Heath; paternal grandparents, Denise McDonald and Leonard Ingram, and Mary Jane Jones, all of Dover; great-grandparents, Lillie Harmon, Rayann Waters, Margaretta McDonald, Angela Heath and Leslie Ingram, all of Dover; six aunts, Quanesha Waters, Desaray Scott, Keyorra Johnson, Alaya McDonald, and Denise McDonald, all of Dover; eight uncles, Leonard McDonald, Robert Waters, Chris Waters, John Waters, and Leroy Bradshaw, all of Dover, and Darryl Tilghman of Philadelphia; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday in the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.

Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Dover.
