SMYRNA - Barton Jansen Hawkins passed away on April 30, 2016. He was born May 15, 1965 in Dover. Barton was a waterman who enjoyed working with horses and hunting. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hawkins, Sr.; his brother, Richard Hawkins, Jr.; a sister, Sherry Alfree; and his stepfather, Joseph Hawkins. He is survived by his mother, Charlene Hawkins; stepmother, Kate Dittman; two sisters, Linda Burrows and Beverly Sethman; his daughter, Brittney Collins; and grandchildren. Services will be private.
