Miller, 74 CHESTERTOWN, Md. - Barbara A. (Reed) Miller 74 years old of Chestertown, Md., lost her battle with cancer at the home of her daughter Linda, while surrounded by her loved ones on June 29, 2015. Born November 20, 1940 in Cecil County, Md. She was the daughter of the late Minnie and Gordon Luthringer. She enjoyed Poker, Bingo and Slots as well as music, dancing, and watching her hummingbirds while enjoying Maryland crabs and a cold Bud Light. She was a member of the Delaware Retreads. Mrs. Miller was a loving mother of her daughters, Linda Hickman, husband Thomas of Chestertown, Md., Mary Ann Forest, husband Jean of Northborough, Mass., Belinda Manning of Chestertown, Md.; and son, Richard Scott, wife Lois of Sudlersville, Md. She had ten grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She is also survived by her sister, Frannie Biddle of Smyrna, Del; brothers, Edwin Reed of Laurel Hill, Fla., and Butch Reed Earlville, Md. She was proceeded in death by her son, John Scott; daughter, Donna Noe; grandson, Wayne Holland; granddaughter, Tammie Holland; as well as her sister, Joyce Scott; and brother, Frank Reed. There will be a celebration of life where family and friends may visit, at the Citizen Hose Smyrna Fire Company, 103 W. Commerce St, Smyrna, Del. on Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Compass Regional Hospice of Queen Annes County Md.
