Arlene J. Hinspeter, 65

MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. - Arlene J. Hinspeter of Mount Vernon, formerly of Sandtown, Del., passed away Friday, March 23, 2007, in Lawrence Hospital, Bronxville, N.Y. She was 65.

Mrs. Hinspeter was born June 14, 1941, in Mount Vernon, daughter of Judy Adinaro of Mount Vernon and the late Fred Adinaro.

She married John Arthur Hinspeter Nov. 27, 1961.

Mrs. Hinspeter moved to Sandtown in 1980, moving back to Mount Vernon soon after her husband"s death.

She was a clerical employee for the food service division of the Mount Vernon board of education, retiring in 2001. She also taught piano lessons in her younger years.

Mrs. Hinspeter was a former member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Marydel, Md.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Arthur Hinspeter, who died in 1988.

She is survived by her mother, Judy Adinaro of Mount Vernon; three sons, Fred Hinspeter of Harrington, Del., Michael Hinspeter of Dover, Del. and Frank Hinspeter of Wilmington, Del.; a brother, Fred Adinaro; and 10 grandchildren.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home, 106 W. Sunset Ave., Greensboro, Md.

Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Marydel.

Burial will be in Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro.
