Hartsfield, 57 DOVER - Ms. Arellis "Skip" Hartsfield departed this life May 23, 2015. Mother of Thomas, Tiffany, Kaleishia, and Chyna Hoskins; daughter of Lillie and Matthew Hoskins; sister of Pearl, Calvin, Brett, DeAngelo, Hilton, the late Matthew, Jr., and Jerome Hoskins; seven grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. Ms. Hartsfield was retired from Clairiant Corporation and was a member of First Pilgrim Baptist Church of Willow Grove. Funeral 12PM, Sat., May 30th at Holy Trinity Church of the Living God, 425 W. Division St., Dover. There will be a public viewing from 10AM until 12PM. Her burial will take place in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Services entrusted to CONGO FUNERAL HOME congofuneralhome.com
