FENWICK ISLAND, Del. - Anthony J. DeVincent, Sr., formerly of Baltimore, Md., passed away on Sept. 4, 2013 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md. A viewing and visitation will be held from 2 until 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013 at Watson Funeral Home, 211 S. Washington St., Millsboro, DE. There will also be a viewing and calling hours from 6 until 8 p.m. on Sunday evening with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7 p.m. Interment will be on Monday, Sept. 9, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Delaware Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro with conferring of Military Honors.
