MIDDLETOWN - Anne M. Burley, of Middletown, formerly of Columbus, Ohio died Wednesday, May 16, 2007, in Broadmeadow Healthcare in Middletown. She was 84.
She was an employee of The Greater Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company for 29 years working at the Olentangy and Kingsdale locations.
She was a member of the Daughters of Erin and volunteered with the Cancer Ray at Riverside Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard F. Burley; grandson, Daniel Hatzo; and sister, Catherine M. Lewis.
She is survived by daughters, Judith Rambo Aylward and her husband, Charles; Karen Rambo Mitzenberg and her husband, James; Janet Burley Dittoe and her husband, James and Marilyn Burley Renken; niece Nancy Lewis LaFramboise and her husband, Peter; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial mass will be celebrated in Columbus in the chapel at Resurrection Cemetery at noon June 9.
Instead of flowers, make contributions to a charity of your choice.
Local arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
