A Celebration of Life service will be held 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Rd., Dover, DE. A Public Viewing will be held one hour prior to the formal homegoing celebration. Interment will be in Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica, DE.
