HARRINGTON - Anna M. Ross of Harrington, formerly of New Castle, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, April 15, 2007, in Harrington surrounded by her loving family. She was 92.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leslie Paul Elwood; and her second husband, Albert L. Ross.
She is survived by three daughters and three sons-in-law, Joanne and Arthur Biggs, Bonnie M. and Tom Currey and Barbara A. and Charles Griffin; a brother and a sister-in-law, Albert and Phyllis Woods; a sister, Frances Short; seven grandchildren, Arthur Jr., Stacey, Will, Kristen, Chris, Candice and Kim; and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday in Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Road, Newark, followed by a service in celebration of Anna's life at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow in Silverbrook Cemetery.
Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
