MARYDEL - Anna E. DuPhily was born on January 31, 1956 in Wilmington, to the late Frances and Harry Bottomley. Her present life has ended on Thursday, March 27, 2014 after complications with liver disease. Anna and her husband, Francis DuPhily celebrated 30 years of marriage on February 18, 2014. She enjoyed her move to Virginia for four years and especially the Jehovah's Witnesses that supported her with her Baptism there in the Spring of 2006. She was a loving mother of two sons and always preferred family and friends in her life. Anna also loved her congregation Brothers and Sisters and would always go out in service often. She did enjoy the autumn colors and snow was her favorite most of all. She is survived by her loving husband, Francis DuPhily; two sons, Jeremy Bottomley and Brian DuPhily; brothers, Jim Bottomley and Arthur Penn Bottomley; sister, Carol Boyleston; along with a host of numerous friends and extended family members. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses located at 1260 W. State College Rd. in Dover. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be held at a later date in the Delaware Veterans Memorial cemetery in Bear. Condolence letters may be sent by visiting www.fariesfuneralhome.com.
