Our beloved Ann was a trailblazer always venturing to new places and experiences. After graduating high school, she took a cross-country train to work the summer at Yellowstone Park. Then, answering a newspaper ad, she began working for the C.I.A., traveling with them to Germany then Hong Kong. There she met her first husband, eventually moving to London with him. Years later she moved to Delaware, graduating with a B.S. degree in nutrition from Delaware State University and worked for Community Action in Georgetown. She married her second husband, Dick Williams, and they resided in Lincoln. Ann also became part owner of Lewes Realty and was very active in Calvary United Methodist Church in Milford. In 2016, she moved to Sarasota Florida but continued to enjoy summers in Slaughter Beach as well as friends from church.
She will be greatly missed by her sisters, Lorelie and Debbie; her brother-in-law, Anthony; and her niece and nephew, Lauren and Jared.
