In Loving Memory of Amy Cook

Sept. 9, 1947 - Feb.26, 2007

Amy was born in Elkton, Md., but spent most of her life in Delaware, in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Amy was a registered nurse of Beebe Hospital, and had worked for Beebe Home Health and for "Cheer," and was a teacher at DelTech and for a nursing home in Greenwood for her last place of work.

She was a wonderful and loving nurse; everyone loved her. She was a wonderful and loving and caring companion to Jack Lynch for 26 years. Amy was always there to help me and give me strength in my great loss, when I lost my husband of 67 years. She was a wonderful cook and cooked a lot of meals for my sick husband, especially spaghetti pies for him. We were always her "Mom Mom" and "Pop Pop." I will miss her so much.
