A Service of Celebration will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2022, at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 518 S. Bay Rd., Dover, DE 19901. A Public Viewing will be held, 9:30 – 11:00 a.m. with the formal homegoing service to follow. Interment will be in Whatcoat United Methodist Church Cemetery, Dover, DE.
