Alonna Lee Samuels-Vander Schel MAGNOLIA - Alonna Lee Samuels – Vander Schel, of Magnolia, died Friday, May 28, 2010, at Christina Hospital. Alonna was born May 23, 2010, to Shawn Samuels and Melinda Vander Schel. In her short life she touched some many people and was truly loved. She is survived by her parents Shawn and Melinda; her maternal grandmother, Theresa Vander Schel of Magnolia; maternal grandfather, Reed and his wife Julie Vander Schel of Putnum, Conn.; uncle, Jason Vander Schel of Dover; aunts, Julia Vander Schel of Putnum, Conn., Leva Taylor and Crystal Moore, both of Felton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State Street, Dover. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday evening at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Interment will be at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
