HOUSTON - Alice P. Colmorgen passed away Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012, in Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 81. Alice was born on Sept. 21, 1930, in New York, N.Y., daughter of the late William and Pauline (Waltz) Bennett. She had worked as a telephone operator for the Delaware Home and Hospital for over 20 years, retiring in 2006. Alice was preceded in death by her only son, Gerald W. Conner, who was killed in Vietnam in 1968. She is survived by her caregiver and adopted son in love, Kenneth "Charlie" Wright of Houston. Services are private.
