Albert K. Swindell, 66
DOVER - Albert K. Swindell of Dover passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2007, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was 66.
Albert was born July 16, 1940, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the late Albert and Mary (Carranenti) Swindell.
He was a truck driver for the City of New York Housing Authority for 23 years. After retiring he moved to Dover to be with his family.
Albert enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his son, Albert Kenneth Swindell, in 2004.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Anna Swindell of Dover; a son, Wayne Swindell of Hartly; a daughter and her husband, Anna and Ernie Bellantoni of Hartly; a sister, Annabell Malpasso of Brooklyn; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Julie, Brian, Skye, Brad and Dayna.
Remembrance services will be Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call from 4 p.m. Burial will be in Pinelawn Memorial Park, Farmingdale, N.Y., at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
