Abimael Medina-Diaz, 37
DOVER - Abimael Medina-Diaz passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021.
He was born September 6, 1984, in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Ramon Medina and Maria Diaz.
Abimael worked as Parts Manager at Auto Zone. He loved his family and bike life. He enjoyed his kids and his Harley. He spent his time fixing cars, his motorcycle and riding his Harley.
He was preceded in death by two grandfathers and one grandmother.
Abimael is survived by his parents, Ramon Medina and Maria Diaz of Dover, Del.; his loving fiancé of four years, Lauren Cousins; children, Aryanna Brown of Crumpton, Md., Jaleel Medina-Diaz of Ohio, Kaitlyn Leggins of Raleigh, N.C.; brothers, Antonio Medina of Clayton, Del., Angel Diaz of Dover, Del.; sisters-in-law, Tracy Diaz of Dover, Del., Crystal Fleeger of Clayton, Del; a host of nieces and nephews; extended family, thanks to ThunderGuards.
Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Rd., Dover, Del. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be at Barratts Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Torbert Funeral Home, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover, DE 19904, to assist with final expenses.
