BOOTHWYN, Pa. - Winifred I. (Kelly) Ruberto of Boothwyn, formerly of Rock Hall, Md., passed away Monday, Feb. 19, 2007, in Boothwyn.
Mrs. Ruberto was born in Madison, N.J., daughter of the late Francis P. and Catherine (Burke) Kelly.
Affectionately called Mom-Mom Kelly, she was unconditionally devoted to her family.
Mrs. Ruberto was an endlessly loving mother and grandmother, treasuring time spent with her loved ones.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund Ruberto in 2004; and her brother, Francis Kelly.
She is survived by a son, James Kolasinski and his wife, Jane; two daughters, Kathleen Piatt and her companion, Bruce Parkins, and Michele Kolasinski and her companion, Thomas Winnington; six grandchildren, Regina Cazier, Tara Bogia, Stephen Thatcher, Michael Caputo, Janie Brobst, and William Bullman; 13 great-grandchildren, Natalie, Anthony, Megan, Kerstein, Alexander, Breanna, Carley, Dennis, Josiah, Daniel, Jeremiah, Stephanie, and Mia; and parents-in-law, John and Josephine Nicholoy.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Charles P. Arcaro Funeral Home, 2309 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington.
A Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. John the Beloved Church, 907 Milltown Road, Wilmington.
Burial will follow in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
Instead of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 92 Reads Way, New Castle, DE 19720.
