Wilmer 'Bill' Zook, 70 HARRINGTON - Wilmer "Bill" Zook, of Harrington, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at Bayhealth Medical Center in Milford. He was 70. Bill was born in Myersdale, Pa., on June 4, 1940, to the late John and Tillie Kinsinger Zook. He was a member of Tressler Mennonite Church in Greenwood. Bill enjoyed tinkering in his shop, going to steam engine shows, taking long golf cart rides with his dog, and going for coffee with his brother Noah. He was known by many who loved him as "Pappy." Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Treva; and three brothers, Henry, Ray, and Paul. He is survived by three children and their spouses, Gary and Teresa Zook of Greencastle, Pa., Waneta and Barry Chaffinch of Harrington, and Sheri and Daniel VanDyck of El Dorado, Ark.; six grandchildren, Jonathan, Emily, Talon, Melinda, Justin, and Jaron; two sisters, Elva Miller of New Paris, Ind., and Mary Emma Brenneman of Grantsville, Md.; two brothers, Simon P. Zook of Goshen, Ind., and Noah Zook of Harrington; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and his church family. A viewing will be held tonight from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Greenwood Mennonite School. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 11, 2010, at 10 a.m. at Tressler Mennonite Church. Interment will be held in the church cemetery. Arrangements by Fleischauer Funeral Home, Greenwood.
