FRANKFORD - Wilmer Joseph "Scrapple" Dukes Sr., age 81, of Frankford, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010, at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Lee Dukes; son, Wilmer J. Dukes Jr. and his wife Carol; daughters, Terri Wilkerson and her husband Bobby, and Angel Wilkerson and her husband George; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren with one on the way; and of course his best canine girlfriend "Sweetie." A funeral service will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 7, at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, Thatcher Street, Frankford, where friends may call Monday, Sept. 6, from 5 to 7 p.m. Burial will be in Carey's Cemetery in Frankford.
