SEAFORD - William Morgan Lloyd, 82, of Seaford, died Sunday, April 3, 2011, at his residence. Born in Seaford, the son of the late Margaret Elizabeth Morgan and Raymond Edward Lloyd Sr., he was a inspector for EPA/DNREC State of Delaware. Bill was a member of St John's United Methodist Church and Nanticoke Post 6 American Legion in Seaford, and was a US Air Force Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Adams Lloyd; a son, William N. Lloyd of Seaford; four step-children, Valerie Ellis Cleveland, Tenn., Dennis Arner Mathews, N.C., Jerome Arner Chattanooga, Tenn., and Gordon Arner McDonald, Tenn.; four grandchildren Amanda, Mariha, Brian, and Megan Lloyd; three great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his brother, Raymond E. Lloyd Jr. A memorial service will be held at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery 100 Patriots Way Millsboro on Friday April 8, 2011 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Compassionate Care Hospice 28467 DuPont Blvd. Unit 6 Suite 6 Millsboro, DE 19966. Arrangements by Watson-Yates Funeral Home, Seaford.
