DOVER - William H. Person Jr., of Dover, passed away on Sept. 19, 2010, at home. Born on Oct. 10, 1950, he was the son of the late William H. and Mary Lee Person, Sr. He was 59. A Memorial Service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, at the Community Baptist Church, 1422 Barclay Road, Barclay, Md. Interment will be private.
