William 'Bill' George Wright, 51

GERMANTOWN, TN - William "Bill" George Wright, passed away Sunday, October 11, 2009 in his home after a long illness. He was 51. He was born in Milford Memorial Hospital in 1958 and grew up in Vernon. Besides his family, he really loved to compose and play music, enjoyed restoring cars, and was fascinated with computers. Although William lived in Tennessee, he left many close friends behind in Harrington. Bill leaves his loving wife, Cynthia Diane Wright; his son, Billy G. Wright Jr. of Lewes; stepson, Clinton Pollan of Memphis, Tenn.; stepdaughter, Lauren Pollan of Beaverton, Ore.; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Wright of Harrington; and his brothers, Richard Wright of Millington, Tenn., and Tom Wright of Harrington. Bill has donated his body to science for medical research. A Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2009, at Memphis Funeral Home, Germantown Parkway Chapel, 3700 N. Germantown Parkway, Bartlett, TN 38133. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Crossroads Hospice of Tennessee, LLC, 1669 N.
