TOWNSEND - William Charles "Billy" Wessell, 20, of Townsend, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2011. He is survived by his parents, Clay and Patricia Wessell; brothers, MJ and David; sister, Amanda; cousin and best friend, Mitchell; nephew and Xbox buddy, Dillan; grandparents, Julia Cathy, Rebecca and Larry Gicker, Robert and Beth Wessell; aunts and uncles, Arthur and Colleen Wessell, Mark and Linda Wessell, Mitch, and Tracey Wessell, Beth and Steve Stansell; and 12 first cousins, all of whom were his friends. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, Dec. 19, at Townsend Immanuel United Methodist Church, 209 West Main Street, Townsend, with funeral services beginning at 7 p.m. Interment will be private.
