William A. Krupka, 69

CLAYTON - William A. Krupka, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2009, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 69. He was born on Oct. 12, 1939 in Hartly. William had worked as a sales manager in the shoe department for Boscov's for 18 years. Bill had been selling shoes for about 50 years. It has been respectively said that he has forgotten more about the shoe business than some people will ever know. He enjoyed country music, playing the guitar and classic cars. Bill was preceded in death by his father, Albert Krupka. He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Joy Krupka; a son, Justin A. Krupka of Dover; a daughter, Jessie A. Krupka of Clayton; his mother, Hazel Hamilton of Clayton; a brother, Albert "Buck" Krupka Jr. of Clayton; four nephews; five nieces; two sisters-in-law; and three brothers-in-law. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, May 11 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming. Services will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com.
