William A. Jarman Sr.

Jarman, Sr., 73 MARYDEL - William A. Jarman, Sr. passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013 in Kent General Hospital, Dover. He was born on Feb. 15, 1939 in Chester, Pa. to the late William and Evelyn (Sandvoss) Jarman. Bill had worked for 42 years for Radio Communications Services, in Eddystone, Pa., where he had installed 911 services, radios on police cars and fire trucks, and working on towers. He also enjoyed woodworking and doing crafts. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Nicky Bishop. William is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lois (Walker) Jarman; three children, William A. Jarman, Jr. and his fiancee Karen, of Concord, N.C., Bonnie Lea Bishop of Princess Ann, Md., and Donna Thompson and her husband Bill, of Camden; a sister, Gloria Jean Michenfelder of Florida; brother, Larry Jarman of Wenonah, N.J.; 13 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and countless friends. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, 2013 in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may call 2 hours prior. Burial will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery, Sandtown. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
