Wanda R. Mann

MAGNOLIA - Wanda R. Mann died Dec. 12, 2014. Born in Buffalo, N.Y. she was the daughter of the late Casimer and Frances Lysarz Drozdzak. In 1961 she married her High School sweetheart, Bruce Mann, and in 1963 the couple moved to Delaware where they raised their two beautiful children. The family became active members of St. Polycarp Church in Smyrna. Wanda was employed at Kent Sussex Industries, formerly known as Golden Opportunity Center, where she served for over twenty years. In 1996 the coupled retired and Moved to Mesa Ariz. where they became full-time RVers traveling through 46 states. In 2013 they returned to Delaware and settled in Magnolia which allowed them to be with their children and grandchildren. She was an active member of Holy Cross Church in Dover where she was a member of the first class of Padre Pio. Throughout the years Wanda was a dedicated and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed Reading, Playing Cards, Crossword Puzzles and Dancing. She was a kind and considerate person who was one of those special people who really made a difference. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sister Clara Dill and deceased husband Edward, Henry Drozdzak and wife Dolores and Daniel Drozdzak. Besides her loving husband, Wanda is survived by her two sons, Gary and spouse Kim, and Dale. Her grandchildren; Karly, Kelly, Baily and Carter, her sisters; Dorothy Helwig, Cecilia Pawelczik, and sister-in-law Joyce Drozdzak along with many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Monday, Dec. 15, 2014 at 12 noon in Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State St. Dover, DE. 19901. Entombment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery located in Buffalo, NY. Life's End Services are by Michael J. Ambruso Funeral Director, Inc. where condolences may be made via www.ambruso.com
