MILFORD - Walter S. Morgan, son of the late William M. and Mary B. Morgan, was born on April 22, 1959 in Miami, Florida. On the wings of doves the Lord called him home to eternal rest on Nov. 24, 2013. Shawn, as he was called by everyone who knew him, was an inspiration. He had a warm smile and eyes that always sparkled with a brightness that showed his inner strength, love and courage. He loved animals starting with his beloved "Dee Dee" to Makota and his AFLAC duck. Shawn's second love was music. He especially enjoyed listening to his brother Al play the piano. Left in God's care to mourn his passing are a devoted mother, Mary; an aunt, Alyse Benton; and foster siblings Alonzo Morris, Valerie Morris, Dr. Marcella A. Copes and a host of family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, Dec. 9, 2013 at 274 N. Rehoboth Blvd, Milford, DE 19963. Services by McPherson Funeral Service Milford, Del.
