Wakefield 'Daddy Wake' Johnson, 70
WILMINGTON - Wakefield "Daddy Wake" Johnson of Wilmington passed Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008, at his residence. He was 70.
Mr. Johnson leaves to cherish his memory, children, E. Michael Ducker, Glen and Dondi Johnson; stepchildren Bronie, Stephanie and James Jr. Brown; mother Bernice Johnson; and other family members and friends.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Aarons Chapel, Crosby Road, Rockhall, Md., where friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Interment in adjoining church cemetery.
Viewing will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday in The House of Wright Mortuary, 208 E. 35th St., Wilmington.
