DOVER - Virginia Reynolds-Williams, of Dover, passed away on June 3, 2011, at her home. She was 91. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, June 11, at the Victory Outreach Ministries, 1318-22 52nd Street, Philadelphia, where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
