FREDERICA - Virginia L. White, passed away at Kent General Hospital on July 26, 2012. She was born September 29, 1949 in Milford, to Calvin and Jean Livingston. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jimmy White; three daughters; and a host of family and friends. A memorial service will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 4, 2012, at the Freedom Baptist Church, Jackson Street, Frederica, DE.
