Virginia King, 75

DOVER - Virginia King, of Dover, died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007, in Westminster Village, Dover. She was 75.

Mrs. King was born Feb. 15, 1932, in Colorado, to the late Lee and Grace Myers.

She worked for 13 years as a cashier at Kmart in Dover.

Mrs. King enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, reading and was an avid Washington Redskins fan.

She is survived by her two sons, Jerry W. and Dale W. King, both of Ashburn, Va.; her daughter, Terry Myers of Camden; her sister, Patricia Horn of California; and five grandchildren, Erik Kaufmann and Mark Kaufmann, both of Wilmington, and Lindsey King, Kevin King and Melissa King, all of Ashburn.

Services will be held at a later date.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Delaware Hospice, 911 S. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.
