Virginia B. May, 84

CHESTERTOWN - Virginia B. May died at Chester River Manor on Wednesday, April 29, 2009. She was 84. She is survived by one son, Allan B. May and wife Joyce; nine daughters, Rella Kane and husband James, Kay Poe and husband Charles, Ellen Bragg, Darlene Carey and husband William, Betty Eliyas, Marie Ireland and husband George, Rosemary Roe and husband James, Shirley May, and Karen May; a daughter-in-law, two sisters, a sister-in-law, a brother-in-law, 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, May 4, at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home, where friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be held in St. Paul's Cemetery.
