DOVER - Viola M. Smith, of Dover, passed away on Dec. 6, 2010, at home. She was 91. A Public Viewing will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 10, 2010, at Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division St., Dover. Funeral Services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at Emmanuel AME Church, Hartley, where friends may call two hours prior.
