Williams,66 Hartly - Victoria A. Craig Williams entered into eternal rest Fri. Apr. 10. 2015 surrounded by her family at Delaware Hospice Center, Milford, after a short battle of cancer. Vicki was born Sept. 13, 1948 at Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was preceded in death by her father, George Craig; and Step-Father, John "Sonny" Carter. She is survived by her loving Husband, Martin Williams of 44 years; Daughter, Michelle Williams; and Mother, Marcine Carter. Friends may call Thurs. evening from 5-8 P.M. Apr. 16, 2015 @ Trader Funeral Home Inc. 12 Lotus St. Dover. Service will be Fri., Apr. 17, 2015 @ 11 A.M. in the funeral home.
