Victor T. Golden

CAMDEN - Victor T. Golden, Jr., passed away Thursday, Apr. 6, 2017, in Kent General Hospital, Dover.
He was born on Aug. 1, 1950, in Dover, son of the late Carol (Kling) and Victor T. Golden, Sr.
Victor graduated from Caesar Rodney High School and retired as a meat cutter for Food Lion.
He was active in his church. Vic also loved to play cards, especially pinochle.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Thomasena Golden, in 2010.
Victor is survived by his sister, Catherine Parker and her husband, Jim, of Seaford; a niece, Melissa Dutterer and her husband, Clark, of North East, Md.; great-nieces, Carolyn, Genevieve and Evie Dutterer; close friend and caregiver, Rose Davis; and an extended family of church friends and cousins.
Service will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, Apr. 13, 2017, at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where visitation will begin at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery, Sandtown.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to New Beginning Church of God, 3341 Mahan Corner Road, Marydel, DE 19964.
