ROMULUS, N.Y. - Tracy Clendaniel Arcangeli, of Romulus, died Friday, March 27, 2009, in her home from cancer surrounded by her loving family. She was 37. Tracy was born June 16,1971, in Milford, Del., the daughter of David W. and Gloria J Hayes Clendaniel. She was a 1989 graduate of Milford High School, graduating member of the honor society. She was a 1991 graduate of Finger Lakes Community College in Canandiagua, N.Y., earning an associates degree in criminal justice. Tracy was a Seneca County 911 Center Supervisor. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, James E. Hayes. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Dale Arcangeli; her brother, Duane and Alisha Clendaniel of Bear, Del.; two nieces; maternal grandmother, Margaret Hayes of Milford, Del.; paternal grandparents, June Clendaniel of Smyrna, Del., and Joshua Clendaniel of Ellendale, Del.; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2009, at Lear Hall, 315 Claude St., Milford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund for Tracy's nieces, Leia and Kara Clendaniel, c/o David Clendaniel, 1349 Church Hill Road, Milford, DE 19963.
